Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders made with Beauty Choice Cosmetics
 
All prices indicated on the website are in British pound sterling (£), including VAT. We have the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Products are delivered at the prices as specified at the time of ordering. Special offers are valid as indicated at the time of ordering.
 
Orders
Orders are placed on the website by completing the form and sending the order. Once your order is in our system, you will be notified by e-mail. Once your order has been shipped you will get the parcel number allowing you to track your order through TNT Post. You have 7 days to return or exchange your order (see conditions for returning products further on). 
 
Payments
Orders will be processed after receipt of payment. Payment has to be effected at the time of ordering through PayPal (credit cards) or (bank transfers). The delivery time starts once Beauty Choice Cosmetics has received payment.
 
Shipping & Delivery time
The order is given to TNT Post within 7 working days of receipt of payment. Shipment is paid by and carried out at the risk of the customer. We do not process orders on Sundays or national holidays, but we guarantee that any orders placed on these days will be handled the very next working day.
 
Delivery Charges

Basic Delivery charges within the UK start from £7.90
Delivery charges within Europe start from £11.95 and delivery chrges to the rest of the world start from £19.95.Charges may vary; so for the correct amount of delivery cost, please request for a quote.

Exchanging/returning an item

If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. The postage date in binding in this respect. The customer is always responsible for the costs of returning an item. Make sure that you pay the correct postage. Any underpaid postage costs will be deducted from our refund. Items may only be returned in unused, undamaged state with the seal unbroken. Original packaging and cellophane wrappings of the cosmetic products are required. They must be in exactly the same condition as on receipt. A delivery charge applies to returns from countries outside the UK. (See: Delivery charges). The costs of returning the item are payable by the customer. Note: the customer remains responsible for the return delivery until it reaches us. Returned items should preferably be shipped with TNT Post. Ask for a receipt so that you can trace the shipment status.
 
If you wish to exchange/return an item, you should take the following steps:
Notify us about the return by E-mail.
Wait for a reply before you return it. You will be sent instructions regarding the procedure within 24 hours.
After receiving our instructions, you should return the item within 10 working days.

The following items may not be exchanged/returned:
Items which are not in their original condition and/or packaging
Items which have been used or tested.
Discounted (SALE) items may not be returned.
 
Item not in stock
Our range of products is in stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated at the time of ordering. If you wish to have an indication of the delivery time of this specific item, please ask by e-mail. We will answer your query as soon as possible and eventually offer you an alternative.
 
Guarantee and liability
Beauty Choice Cosmetics guarantees that the supplied items are in good condition and correspond with the descriptions. Exceptions may be slight colour differences from colours shown on the photos.
If the customer accidentally receives a product which is different from the item ordered, Beauty Choice Cosmetics  will exchange it for the originally ordered item free of charge. The customer should contact  Beauty Choice Cosmetics within eight days of receipt.
Within the guarantee period, faults proved by the buyer and any faults, imperfections or defects due to Beauty Choice Cosmetics  will be rectified, replaced or taken back in exchange for a refund as soon as possible. You should notify Beauty Choice Cosmetics  by     email:info@beautychoicecosmetics.com or in writing about your complaint.
 Beauty Choice Cosmetics guarantees repair within three weeks. If Beauty Choice Cosmetics  decides to replace the item with a new item, you must make your choice within six months. If the complaint is founded, delivery costs within the guarantee period will be paid by Beauty Choice Cosmetics.The complaint procedure will be explained by e-mail.
The guarantee period does not apply if the fault was the result of improper or careless use, negligence, if you or third parties have modified or attempted to modify the item (without written permission from Beauty Choice Cosmetics ), if the purchased item has been used for purposes for which it was not intended, or other blame attributable to the buyer or normal wear and tear, Beauty Choice Cosmetics is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from whatever cause, inflicted on you or your family, on your property, on third parties or on property pertaining to third parties. If it is established that Beauty Choice Cosmetics  is liable for any damage, liability will be maximised to the net invoice sum of the order (invoice value minus VAT, or other government levies and other net price increasing factors, such as transport costs).
 
Force majeure
In the event of any Force majeure, Beauty Choice Cosmetics  is not liable to fulfil any commitments to the customer if prevented by the force majeure. Force majeure includes serious business and transport disruptions.
 
Privacy
All details provided by you will not be given to third parties or used for commercial purposes. They will only be used to ship the purchased item or to contact you about your order.

Deviations
Deviations in texts, colours, prices and images are reserved.
 
Copyright
It is forbidden to copy, publish, reproduce or use texts and/or image material in any other way without written permission. In the event of a violation, Beauty Choice Cosmetics  will initiate legal proceedings.
